All-Female Celebrity Crew Goes to Space

WFUV’s Brenda Plascencia reports An all-female crew, including Katy Perry and Gayle King, took a 10-minute suborbital flight with Amazon founder Jeff Bezos's space company Blue Origin, marking the first U.S. spaceflight with only women on board. The mission, selected by Lauren Sanchez, reflects a growing trend in space tourism and aims to inspire future generations of women in space.
