Joseph: 2019

Joseph is comprised of three sisters — Natalie, Allison, and Meegan — who hail from tiny Estacada, in the state of Oregon. Their name honors another town in that state, as well as their grandfather, Jo. After building up a local following around Portland and Seattle, Joseph (which tours as a six-piece) is making the transition from being a supporting act to a headlining one, gaining popularity behind relentless touring.

I recently spoke with Nat, Ally, and Meegan about the amazing things they do with their voices, punctuation on album titles, and the sexy car on the cover of their new album, Good Luck Kid. Their latest release is the source of a pair of songs performed for this FUV Live session in our Studio A in the Bronx.
