NYC Pranksters and Construction Sites Turned Into Art
If you've seen a bunch of people on the subway in their underpants recently, that was the work of the group, Improv Everywhere.
For a lot of people construction sites are more of an eyesore than a work of art but a downtown business improvement district is working to improve that. Also on this week's Cityscape, members of the group Improv Everywhere talk about some of the public pranks they've pulled over the years including their No Pants Subway Ride.
