P.S Art: Student Artists Showcased at The MET
Each year thousands of New York City public school students submit their art to a selection panel for the chance to have it showcased at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The art is selected by a panel made up of local artists, educators, members of the M.E.T, and members of P.S Art which is the non-profit organization that started this program.
At the exhibit’s opening, the selected students packed the Met’s education center to see their art hung on the museum’s walls. WFUV’s Lainey Nguyen takes us to the exhibit and some of its artist
