Yankees Comfort Children on Day 2 of HOPE Week

Star baseball players help one 10-year-old who has already helped so many others

The Yankees honored Autumn Blinn, the ten-year-old Rome, New York native on Tuesday morning at the Ronald McDonald house in Manhattan.

Autumn flew to the city, unexpectedly finding five Yankees, including manager Joe Girardi and star second baseman Robinson Cano, there to help her pass out pillows for her organization "Pillows of Love."

Autumn started hand sewing pillows at nine-years-old for her hospitalized grandfather, only to find that her pillows became a huge success around the hospital. Now, eighteen months and 300 later, the Yankees partnered with Autumn to thank her and raise awareness for her organization.
